"Hum Dono " in Colour

A super hit classic 1961 Hindi film 'Hum Dono' starring Bollywood actor Dev Anand will be re-released in colour after 43 years. This movie has one of my most favourite songs in hindi " abhi na Jao chod kar".
Hum Dono is the third Indian Hindi classic after Mughal-E-Azam and Naya Daur to be re-released in colour. The film is slated for national and international release in December 2007.

My Recent Trip

Recently we had been to River Tern Lodge (Bhadra Wilderness Retreat) .It is located near Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary which is situated in the midst of the Western Ghats of Shimoga dist around Chikmaglur area in Karnataka.It was very Nice place close to Nature.Got some snaps of it check them.The resort is Named after a bird Called " River Tern " . It is a Jungle resort where we can have activities like safari,boating and trekking.

తాయే యశోదా original song was written and composed by OotukkaaDu VenkaTasubbaiyyar.But this Fusion version of thaye yashoda is from the film "Morning Raaga" and the composition by
Manisharma.There is so much love in the lyrics when he describes the various antics of Sri Krishna. Some of the finest poetry has been composed in describing the playful young Krishna as well as the romantic Krishna . Sudha Ragunathan has rendered this song very skillfully and the music is simply brilliant. The song is not sung entirely but it is remarkably beautiful. Most of the song is filled with swaras and I find that so captivating.
